Our clients can get in touch with us via our live chat feature, email, phone call or by submitting a query form. We shall assume responsibility solely for emails, calls, or messages received by the customer via our official email address and designated contact number. If any client receives communication from an email or number not associated with our official channels, we request an immediate report. In light of the growing prevalence of fraudulent activities, ResearchWriting shall not be liable for any unofficial emails, calls, or messages.
It is necessary that clients clear all of their dues as soon as possible because assistance on orders or any other service will only begin once all dues have been cleared. Dues can be cleared by making a direct bank transfer into our bank account or Via Online payment through stripe. Our banking details may be obtained from our customer representative team.
The privacy of all clients is maintained to a very high level of security and is in accordance with the Data Protection Act and the Companies Act. Hence, no private information is shared with any unauthorized person. Information may, however, be disclosed to authorized individuals if and when demanded by the jurisdiction.
Any losses or damages to property or otherwise, stemming from the misuse of any of our services will not be our responsibility.
All clients will be given initial account credentials such as usernames and passwords. It will thereon be the responsibility of the client to maintain the security of the account. We strongly recommend that the client change their passwords and usernames immediately after receiving the initial ones.
We at ResearchWriting reserve the right to evaluate and change any policy at any given time as deemed necessary. It is the client's responsibility to stay updated with our policies, which will be available for viewership to all viewers as soon as changes have been made.
Orders with a deadline of less than or equal to 24 hours are non-refundable.
If an order with a deadline of 48 hours is cancelled within 24 hours of placement, then the company holds the right to hold back 60% of the amount as service charges.
Orders with a deadline of 48 hours will not be eligible for a refund.
The cancellation amount of any given order will be compensated after 90-120 business days from the time the order is cancelled.
Not all orders will be allowed to receive a 100% refund.
The cost of any services provided before the order is canceled will be deducted from the refund amount.
Cancellation after 72 hours of order placement will not be accepted for dissertation assistance and thesis assistance.
No refund will be entertained after the complete assistance have been delivered.
In certain cases, customised services or specific products may not qualify for refunds under our standard refund policies. However, to accommodate exceptional requests, we may initiate a verification process to determine whether the delivered product has been used on any platform. If the product is found to have been utilised, a refund will not be issued.
Before starting the verification process, we notify the customer via email to obtain their approval, ensuring the process remains smooth and transparent. This approach is designed to uphold fairness and ensure that refunds are issued only to customers who are genuinely entitled to receive them.
"Advocates" are people who refer others to researchwriting.co.uk. "Referrals" are people who are invited by advocates to researchwriting.co.uk.
Advocates - eligibility for free work: (i) Referrals must purchase a product on researchwriting.co.uk. Referrals must be (ii) friends, colleagues, or relatives with the Advocate, and (iii) new researchwriting.co.uk customers (they must not have previously made a purchase on researchwriting.co.uk). (iv) Advocates will be eligible for free work of up to 3000 words; they will be charged for the extra number of words if this limit is exceeded.
If a revision is required within 24 hours, rush revision charges will apply due to the urgency. The charges start at £100.00 and may vary depending on the nature of the revisions.
